Founder, Director & Puppeteer, Inventor’s PuppetShuvangkar Das Shuvo is the Founder, Director, and Lead Puppeteer of Inventor’s Puppet, an innovative organization that uses puppetry to spark creativity, foster social awareness, and advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). With more than 20 years of experience, he has performed and created content for television and cultural platforms, including Sisimpur (Bangladesh’s Sesame Street), where he brought to life beloved characters such as Elmo, Khoka Miah, and Shiku.
Before founding Inventor’s Puppet in 2012, he co-founded Dhaka Puppet Theatre (2004) and trained under legendary puppeteer Mustafa Monwar. His collaborations span Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, UNIMA International, Goethe-Institut, JAAGO Foundation, IID, FHI 360, and The Lego Foundation.
As creative lead, Shuvo continues to shape Inventor’s Puppet’s productions, blending cultural authenticity, storytelling, and education to create meaningful performances for children and audiences worldwide—using puppetry as a tool for both artistic expression and sustainable social impact.

Md. Zillul Karim is a co-founder of Light of Hope Ltd. and ToguMogu Pvt. Ltd., two organizations dedicated to improving children’s education, parenting, and wellbeing. Over the years, he has led projects in partnership with Sisimpur and UNICEF, developing innovative educational content for children and families. With more than 4 years of experience reviewing creative educational projects, Mr. Karim continues to support Inventor’s Puppet by evaluating puppet scripts, character development, and storytelling concepts, ensuring they deliver both educational and social impact.
